This year, each team of up to four participants will put their heads together to formulate a detailed proposal for urban waste disposal and recycling. The independent jury will assess the originality and practicality of the proposals submitted to them before selecting five prize-winning ones. At the cutting edge of research on urban planning, you and your students may provide enlightening and even groundbreaking insights into sustainable waste management. In addition, over 15 teams from prestigious universities around the globe have so far confirmed their entry into the contest. It is bound to be revealing and rewarding to exchange ideas with them.
